The Development Centre is an English-speaking ski school, based in France. Their growing business required a system to handle bookings and manage their ski coaches' daily schedules, keeping their key people on the slopes – not in the office.

TDC had some strong ideas about what they needed in their system, the Media Suite brought these ideas to life in a web-based planner tool. The tool allows TDC to manage their entire business, from bookings, scheduling days off and paying staff through to gathering customer feedback.

Results

Since its inception the system has grown from managing a single resort in Val d'Isere to extending to multiple resorts in Tinges and Meribel. As the needs of this growing business have changed we have continued develop the system to keep pace..

In 2009 we redesigned the client facing website, targeting their primarily UK-based market. We continue to make improvements to their backend systems, in 2011 we launched a B2B real-time booking component, taking the TDC business to the desktops of travel agents.
