• Plenty of parking
• Security alarmed, monitored and after hours swipe access
• A3 high res colour laser / copier
• Server room with UPS power
• Total area 225 sqm (about 50sqm of workspace is available)

The offer:

Come and share our space. It is not our intention to turn a profit on the office space - just to share some of the cost and surround ourselves with interesting people. Ideally suited to web and creative type people.

We have about 50sqm of open plan workspace available which is suitable for up to 8 people - It may also be possible to take over one of the closed door offices or meeting rooms if privacy is needed.

Indicative Rates:

Term, number of people and rates are negotiable depending on your needs but here is what we are thinking for a single desk:

Weekly rate: $120 / week per person

Monthly rate: $450 per month per person

What is included:

Power, Internet and use of everything above is included.
A phone line is not included but can be arranged separately.
Use of the printer is on a cost per copy basis
