The potential to excel in your chosen field. We don't really know where it comes from but in our experience it's generally a case of you've either got it or you don't.
If you don't love what you do, if you don't get excited about the work you will do with us then forget it. We have no wish to spend our working lives with people who are just showing up for a pay cheque.
Individual performance just isn't enough, we are a team and you need to help everyone in the team perform.
